#KultureMeNigerDeltaA prototype platform for Niger Delta culturepreneurs — all figures shown are Vision Targets.
Policy

Cultural integrity

Culture is not content. These rules govern everything published on NDICHE and ZHEEM.

This is a prototype policy

The wording below is a working draft for review by custodians, legal advisers and the NDICHE team before the platform goes live.

Consent first

No community, tribe or heritage content is published without documented custodian approval.

No invented heritage

We do not invent tribe facts, sacred meanings, origin stories, testimonials or partners.

Named attribution

Every cultural record names its source and the custodian who approved it.

Sacred material

Sensitive or sacred items and knowledge are listed only with written custodian permission.

Honest numbers

Ambition figures are labelled Vision Target. Pledged, funded, delivered and verified counts stay separate.

Clear demos

Invented placeholder content is labelled Demo listing, Sample profile or Placeholder.

Right of reply

Communities can correct, amend, restrict or withdraw anything published about them.

Takedown

Anyone can report content; disputed material is unpublished while it is reviewed.

Review states

Every cultural record carries a visible state: awaiting custodian review, custodian approved, restricted by custodian, or withdrawn. The state is shown wherever the record appears.
